About The Ticket Eagle
Daniel S. Weinger is the owner of The Ticket Eagle. Mr. Weinger received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1999, graduating with honors. Before entering private practice, he spent nearly six years as a staff attorney at the Third District Court of Appeal, where he worked on cases with varying issues, including unlawful traffic stops and driver negligence. Mr. Weinger has been an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University's school of law, teaching civil pre-trial practice.
Mr. Weinger established The Ticket Eagle in order to provide clients, at a competitive rate, with the same high level of personalized attention in defending their traffic tickets as they receive when hiring an attorney for more complex legal matters. It's easy to dismiss a traffic ticket as a relatively insignificant legal matter when it's being given to someone else.
